Eligibility requirements for a real Property consultant in Dubai

The following are the prerequisites which must be fulfilled to be met by UAE or GCC citizens to obtain the license of a real property consultant:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Finance

Certificate of Real Estate practitioner course

At least 3 years of experience in the property field

These are the conditions for expatriates who wish to get an license to practice as a property adviser:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Property Finance

Certificate of Real Estate practitioner course

5 years or more of experience in the field of property

Must be sponsored under this license

Eligibility Requirements for Branch of a Foreign Company

The eligibility requirements for the department of an international company to be able to get a license as an agent for real property are as in the following order:

A copy of the licence or copy of commercial registration

The parent company has to be operating for at least two years

A copy of memorandum or article of association of the company

Authorization letter from parent company to open an office branch located in Dubai and to appoint branch manager

The branch manager must meet the above mentioned requirements.

The local service agent is needed

The activity in the main company must be similar to the one of the branch.

All documents must have notarization in the UAE Embassy overseas, Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Dubai and should be translated in to Arabic
