The student’s and industry needs should be taken into consideration while creating a curriculum so that the previous mistakes are not repeated and the institute moves towards the development of the students.
2. Planning Session-
After understanding the shortcomings and problems in the previous curriculum, and pinning the points where improvements can be made, the curriculum development body has to select the content to be given to the students. In this process, firstly, the management should be clear about what is expected from the students at the end of the course.
Further, they should be well informed about what ideas and attitudes should be imbibed into the student’s minds, how their ways of thinking must be shaped, which concepts are to be learned, and what all skills and habits are to be developed by them throughout the course tenure.
While planning the content, the management of institutes must select the topic, the basic ideas, and specific content.
The planning session involves a team of experts from various topics who sit together and compile the syllabus. There are various planning sessions conducted for every unit of the syllabus.
3. Content Development-
Content development is the process of creating content for a website from start to finish. You may have also heard of content developers. The term “content developer” is also used to refer to web developers, but in this article, we’re concentrating solely on the development of content – not design or programming.

The content should be able to provide a good learning experience to the users.It should offer skill development, team building, group work, projects, and other abilities.
The syllabus should include a focus on the improvement of analysis, writing, discussions, doing research, painting, absorption, and reading.
The syllabus must be revised based on that and the changes should be made keeping these points in consideration. It should help the students make connections with personal experiences. Be in touch with the community and share their experiences with the world. Hence, the syllabus needs to be revised and proper corrections should be made to improve the student learning experience.
5. Evaluation-
Evaluation involves ensuring that the objectives of the learning .Its approaches are suitable to know the progress of the child. Further, it is a method of continuous diagnosis to understand the developments in students’ behavior and thinking abilities. Also, the management can make use of software and devices to make sure. the progress of the child will take place. after learning the curriculum.
Moreover, the syllabus should be evaluated for its consistency in various parts and even individually. The core ideas are reflected in the content and it must follow suitable learning objectives.
The entire curriculum should be revisited and must be approved by the authorized bodies to ensure. Best syllabus is studied and improved teaching practices are followed by the students.

The development of the syllabus is a lengthy process for the institute. Every time there are new developments and every syllabus is better than the other one. The curriculum framework decides the progress of the students and the institute’s learning outcomes. Hence, it should be created with utmost sincerity and care.
